Individual Condition Information – The selected variant displays the unit number, cosmetic grade, maximum battery capacity, and recorded battery cycle count, helping you compare available units before ordering.
Condition Grading – Grades describe the cosmetic condition of each iPad. Grade A+ indicates near-mint condition with no noticeable scratches during normal inspection. Grade A indicates excellent condition with only very light marks visible on close inspection. Grade B+ indicates good condition with light visible scratches or handling marks. Grade B indicates noticeable cosmetic scratches or wear while remaining fully functional. Battery health and cycle count are disclosed separately and also influence the price.
Demo Unit Disclosure – These are open-box store demo/display units and are not brand-new sealed products. Minor signs of handling or display use may be present, depending on the selected grade. Product images are representative and may not show the exact individual unit selected.
Battery Information – Battery health and cycle count were recorded during inspection and are shown for each unit. These readings may change gradually with normal use, charging, and software updates. Actual battery life depends on apps, brightness, settings, network conditions, and usage.

QuickTech warranty: 30 days from the date of delivery. It covers hardware faults under normal use. It does not cover accidental or physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, cosmetic wear, accessories, software issues, or normal battery degradation. Contact QuickTech before returning a product for assessment.
