Store Warranty Policy
This is a QuickTech Store Warranty, not an Apple manufacturer warranty. Apple will not honour warranty claims on demo or open-box units. Please make every warranty claim with QuickTech only, never Apple.
Warranty period
The warranty length is shown on each product description. If no warranty length is shown, contact us for details before or after purchase.
What is covered
During the stated warranty period, this warranty covers internal hardware defects under normal use and manufacturing-related functional failures.
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, including drops, cracks, dents, or liquid damage.
- Cosmetic issues, normal wear, or normal battery degradation.
- Software, iOS, iCloud, password, or data-loss issues.
- Repairs or opening by anyone other than QuickTech.
- Cosmetic conditions disclosed when the product was sold.
- Theft, loss, fire, or power surge.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your original invoice. We cannot accept a warranty claim without it.
- Back up your data before service. QuickTech is not responsible for data loss.
- Remove iCloud locks and passwords before giving a device for service.
This warranty is void if the product is opened or repaired by anyone other than QuickTech.
How a claim works
Contact QuickTech with your invoice and details of the issue. We usually assess the device within 3–7 business days.
- For a covered issue, QuickTech may repair the product, replace it, or provide store credit at our discretion.
- For an issue not covered, we will give you a cost estimate before starting work.
- Typical service turnaround is 7–15 business days.
Acceptance
An email record of this warranty is sufficient. No separate checkout checkbox is needed.
