Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept return requests only for products that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Report a problem
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order details and clear photos or a video of the issue to info@quicktech.in. Keep the product, original invoice, box, and included accessories until we guide you.
Our review
We may ask for more details or arrange a return. After we receive the product, our team will check it to confirm the reported issue.
- For an approved faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, QuickTech will arrange and pay for the return pickup where needed.
- Approved replacements are dispatched within 3–5 working days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after we receive the product and complete the quality check.
- Refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible.
After dispatch
An order cannot be cancelled after it has been dispatched. Please do not refuse delivery to request a refund.
If you want to send a dispatched order back, contact us first. It must be unopened, and you must pay return shipping of ₹200–₹600 depending on your location.
Orders with more than one item
A partial refund for a multi-item order may be possible on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Pre-orders
Pre-order cancellations follow the Pre-order Terms in our Terms of Service. A 5% cancellation charge applies to advance payments made by card.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Indian consumer protection law for defective, damaged, or misdescribed products.
Return address
All returns must be sent only after we confirm the return and provide instructions. Returns go to our Store address below, not our Office address.
