QuickTech – Shipping Policy

QuickTech is an Apple Authorised Distributor based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse with genuine, sealed Apple products. We are committed to delivering your order safely, swiftly, and reliably across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All delivery addresses must be within India.

2. Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 2–3 business days.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–5 business days.
  • Remote or rural areas: 5–7 business days.

These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Free shipping may be available on select orders or during promotional periods. The applicable shipping charge will always be displayed clearly before payment.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on our store are inclusive of GST. There are no hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every order.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on your delivery location and order value. Please check at checkout whether COD is available for your pin code. For certain high-value Apple products or above a permitted order value, prepaid orders may be required for faster and more secure processing.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS, usually within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this information to track your shipment through our courier partner's website.

8. Courier Partners

We work with reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of all Apple products. The courier partner assigned to your order may vary depending on your delivery location and serviceability.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@quicktech.in with your order details and photographs.

Once we receive your request, our team will review the issue and typically respond within 1–2 business days. Depending on the situation, we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate. We will guide you through any necessary steps, such as returning the product or providing additional information. Our goal is to resolve your issue as quickly and smoothly as possible.

10. Open Box Products – Shipping Note

Open Box products are shipped with the same care and packaging standards. However, please note that Open Box items are subject to a different return and refund policy. For complete details, please refer to the relevant product listing or our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.
