Excellent. Very light signs of use, such as faint micro-scratches, visible only on close inspection. Display free of visible scratches.

Good. Visible light scratches or scuffs on the body. Display free of marks that are visible when the screen is on.

How are battery health and cycle count checked?

Both figures are taken from the device’s own battery information when the unit is inspected, and listed on that unit’s product page.

What warranty do I get?
