These terms apply when you use quicktech.in or buy from QuickTech. QuickTech is an authorised Distributor partner for Apple products.
Using our website
Please use our website lawfully and provide complete, accurate order and contact details. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, or use it for illegal activity.
Products, prices, and orders
Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change. We try to keep them accurate and will correct clear errors when found. We may limit quantities, cancel an order, or refuse an order where needed. If we cancel an order, we will try to contact you using the details provided.
All prices include GST. We provide a GST-compliant invoice with every order. Orders must be paid before dispatch.
Shipping
We ship within India only. See our Shipping Policy for free-shipping details, dispatch times, delivery estimates, and tracking.
Returns, replacements, and refunds
Return requests are accepted only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video. Approved replacements are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after receipt and quality-check approval.

Pre-orders
- A pre-order registration does not guarantee delivery at launch.
- We will try to fulfil pre-orders as soon as stock is available.
- Unless we state otherwise, one unit is allowed per customer and devices are for personal use, not resale.
- Complete the purchase within 24 hours of our offer where this is requested.
- To cancel a pre-order, send us a written request. A 5% cancellation charge applies to advance payments made by card.
- If we cannot supply the product as confirmed, any applicable refund will be handled under these terms and the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Open-box and demo units

Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Our website may link to third-party websites or services; their terms and privacy practices apply to them.
Changes and legal terms
We may update these terms by posting the new version on our website. Indian law applies to these terms. Please contact us first if you have a concern. If it is not resolved, the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
